TIMG is a science and technology enterprise which focuses on research and development, production and application of the spindle bearing in machining center. Tim Growing Bearing (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. Was established in 2017, which covers an area of 1, 6000 square meters, intending to achieve a breakthrough in production to meet our clients′demand in the machine tool industry. In 2018, a branch office was established in Taiwan, also we have set up sales representatives for Korea and European markets.
We insist on it, we make the extraordinary. TIMG applies basic theory to product design, and manufacturing process relies on our core technology and detail management. We are honest to each test data, determined to create high-end bearing brand.
The company has been established for nearly 10 years. It has not sold a single bearing within 5 and a half years before its establishment. It has been engaged in product research and development, technical research and product trial production. The core technology is mastered in the design, manufacture and application of bearings. Our current main customers have chosen our bearings to replace foreign brand bearings: NSK, GMN...(The first data sheet is the running test data of TIMG bearings).

We are a high-precision bearing manufacturer from China. We are specializing in spindle bearings since 2012, our factory has the production capacity of 50000PCS bearings every month. Our products are currently being tested on American Haas spindles, FANUC motorized spindles.

TIMG′S main products: High-speed precision spindle bearings, code 7000, tolerance grade P4 / P2. Among them, the 7014 large ceramic ball series has a speed of 15000rpm, and the rigidity of the bearing can reach more than 20kgf/um. It is the only bearing manufacturer in the world that can do this. The products are used in mechanical spindle and motorized spindle. Quality is the passport of the product, and we ensure that the product quality is not inferior to the well-known international bearing brands.
Recently received feedback from our customers: They use some international brand bearings. When the bearing is lubricated with oil, there is no problem, but under grease lubrication conditions, the bearing will be noisy at low speeds. In this case, the design of the cage is the main factor, TIMG cages have obtained patents from Germany and Japan. Under grease lubrication conditions, the bearing will not produce noise at low speeds, and at the same time it can have high cutting rigidity at high speeds. Prospects:
The service life of the bearing of the machine tool is more than 2 year under the working condition of non-stop cutting for 24 hours. TIMG bearings have no special use requirements and can be interchanged with SKF, NSK and FAG in accordance with international standards.
